My journey at Shamrock Solutions began with a dual focus: supporting the sales team through outreach efforts (phone, email, social) and establishing a strong marketing presence for the company as their graphic designer and social media manager.
One of my proudest achievements while at Shamrock was crafting the logo for "Freedom", the company’s flagship software offering. This logo continues to be used across the company's website, social media platforms, and marketing materials (as of my departure in May 2024).
As my contributions demonstrably enhanced Shamrock's marketing efforts, my role transitioned to a full-time marketing position, allowing me to leverage my strengths further. This expanded role encompassed my previous responsibilities in graphic design and social media management, while also incorporating new areas like blog writing, email marketing, SEO optimization, paid advertising strategies, and website design/administration, as well as the creation of various sales materials such as capability statements, pamphlets, and eBooks.
In my role as marketing specialist, I spearheaded data-driven campaigns across social media, email marketing, and Google Ads, leading to a significant surge in brand awareness, online presence, and most importantly, qualified leads.
Here's a breakdown of some key achievements:
Google Ads: Over a five-month period, I strategically utilized a $2,000 budget to generate an impressive 30,000 impressions and hundreds of leads for Shamrock.
Social Media: After implementing my meticulously crafted social media content calendars and strategies, Shamrock witnessed an average yearly follower growth of 15%, with social interactions experiencing an even more significant average yearly growth of 33% (and an impressive increase of 50% on Facebook specifically).
Website Optimization: Taking on the website's back-end and front-end operations, I achieved a near 100% increase in organic search traffic through SEO strategies, enhanced the overall website health, and designed multiple landing pages and web assets. These combined efforts resulted in a more user-friendly experience and a notable rise in Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) generated from the website and its accompanying landing pages.
My experience at Shamrock Solutions exemplifies my ability to adapt, take initiative, and deliver impactful results. By leveraging a data-driven approach and a diverse marketing skillset, I was instrumental in boosting Shamrock's online presence, brand recognition, and lead generation.
